Creatively Bankrupt

So, I'm staring at my computer screen right now...into an empty photoshop document, wondering to myself how I'm going to do another PowerPoint without making it look like it's thrown together (which it is). And I can't think of a thing.
So instead, I'm here bitching about it. I mean, I could be writing about the many things that happened to me in the last few months; the many stories that have kept me busy and not leaving me the time to write anything here, but I've decided instead to share this fun fact with you:
Spend the Christmas holiday and then an accompanying (nearly) two weeks in El Paso on a family emergency using--mostly--your trusty PowerBook and you'll find that when you get back to your Dell at work, you want desperately to find the minimize/maximize/close window buttons on the left. And then get terribly frustrated when they're on the right side.
So yeah, I'm back. I think. Sort of. And I'm also creatively bankrupt. No new ideas here. Just me, slack-jawed and staring at my computer monitor wondering how I'm going to make PowerPoint Magic.
Yes. I realize PowerPoint magic is an oxymoron.

You know, MySpace is pretty awesome. Somehow or another, though, I ended up with 135 friends--which as we all know is far from the truth. A bitter hermit like me has under a hundred friends--at best. So I just spent about 45 minutes pruning my friends list.
So, if you're my friend and somehow I deleted you, let me know and I'll re-add you. And also, sorry bout kickin' you off.
